Using the <center>
tags, you can center your image in the description. The <center>
tag will also center text.

Type in a <center> tag just before the <img src>
tag and a </center>
tag after the <img src> tag (fig. 49)

Save the Changes then go back to IE and click refresh. The
image is now centered (fig. 50)

The
<center> tag gives you more control over the item
description layout however, there is a much more effective
way to do so using <table> tags to create a
grid or table into which we can embed the various elements of our item
description (pictures, text, etc) in such a way that will be consistent
no matter who views the listing page.
